The Angel Pete represents all those who work hard in life and consitently disipaly their diligence and hard work ethic for all to see.  He does not display a loud, boisterious, overburdening demeanor, but quietly goes about his work, diligently and profusely, doing the job right and displaying a quiet attidue of pride in a job well done.
