Q: What are the Angel Medallions made of and how are they made?
A: The Angel Medallions are individually hand-painted angels that are painted on 11-inch diameter plywood circles (medallions) using acrylic paints. Each medallion is hand-crafted, and hand-painted by the artist, Robert McCormick. Each one is an inspirational creation meant to inspire the owner or observer.

Q: After ordering, how long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are received, processed, painted, packed, and shipped in one to two weeks. Special Request orders are shipped in two to three weeks. This is an estimate of the time and in most cases, orders are shipped within a week.

Q: How are they shipped and what is the cost of shipping?
A: Orders are shipped USPS and shipping is FREE! If you wish to ship by a different carrier at your own cost, include a note in your order form.

Q: Can items be returned?
A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with the product, returns or exchanges are accepted. Information regarding exchanges or returns is posted on the website.

Q: Is there a discount for purchasing more than one Angel Medallions?
A: Yes. Quantity discounts are as follows:
1-2 items, $25 each
3-4 items, $24 each
5-6 items, $23 each
7-8 items, $22 each
9-10 items, $21 each
11 or more, $20 each

Q: Can I order more than one Angel Medallion of the same kind?
Yes. Multiple orders of the same Angel Medallion are accepted, and quantity discounts apply.

Q: Can I customize my Angel Medallion to my liking?
A: Yes. Changes to your Angel Medallion order can be requested by selecting the "Special Request" product item and choosing the different variations you would like on your medallion. Special Requests are charged at the higher rate of $29. Multiple discounts will apply.

Q: I see that angels are specified by a particular name. Can I change the name of my angel?
A: Yes. When you send your order, write a note in the note section or comments box during checkout. The specific name of your angel will be mentioned on the back.
​​Q: Can I suggest a subject for an Angel Medallion?
A: Yes. Please write your suggestion in the notes section or comment box. All suggestions may not be used, but your input is appreciated.

Q: Can I send a photograph of myself or someone to make my own Angel Medallion?
A: Yes. The cost is $45 per medallion and the time frame is two to three weeks. Select the Special Request product on your order and make your choices regarding everything. In the first box, select the last choice, photo. Send the photo to the address of the store: The Angel Art & More Store, PO Box 145, Hornell, NY 14843. Or you can scan the photo and send via email. The photo MUST be a large black and white or color photo (at least 8 x 10). The photo MUST be a frontal view showing the face and partial body.
